Most of the times, it's not enough. It's not enough preparing your body without ever exposing it to chaotic/defying situations. You learned words in order to communicate with other people, which is hard sometimes. You learned how to drive in order to take yourself to the place you want, even if there is a probability of having an accident or getting late due to traffic. You learned an ethical and moral code at your home and school in order to be a good citizen, even when the others don't respect you. You learned about numbers to solve problems and manage your financial life. Why is your body different?
